TRANSFERRING TIME
Do you know Mtro. Francisco Chávez Corrujedo?
He is a prominent contemporary painter from Tijuana and the Region, with a transcendent career that includes painting, muralism, sculpture, conferences, cultural promotion and teaching. With more than 40 years of experience as a professor at the Autonomous University of Baja California, he founded the Taller de Artes Plásticas and the Escuela de Artes, leaving a significant legacy in culture and artistic education.

Made up of more than 42 female artists from Mexicali, Playas de Rosarito, Tijuana, Ensenada and Caborca, Sonora. This artistic intervention on textiles is a voice-over and a public denunciation of everyday violence, and it celebrates resilience and female strength.
